RENOVATION PROJECT
For this new building condominium project, we’re only handling for the renovation part, interior design handled by others
(Kim Design Studio).
This condominium is built up by 750 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and planned to be rent out unit.
All renovation that was made have been approved by the management. There’s minor hacking included such as: removed existing skirting, kitchen wall tiles, kitchen’s sink pipe relocation, 2 bathroom’s wash basin and wiring relocation.
